Who we are

This website is operated by Inventika LLC (“we”, “us”), which runs the SpectraLIMS laboratory software business. You can contact us about privacy through our project form (choose “Something else”).

What we collect

Inquiries. When you contact us through the project form, or when we correspond with you afterwards, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, company, role and a description of your project.

Form provider. Our project form is provided by Tally (tally.so), which processes the form submission on our behalf under its own privacy terms.

Technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard technical information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver the website and protect it against abuse.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Videos, photographs and fonts are served from our own website, not from third-party media or font services.

How we use it

We use inquiry information to respond to you, to discuss and prepare a potential project, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting business relationship, and for as long as we are required to keep business records.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you through our project form. Depending on where you live, for example in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under local data protection law, including the right to object to processing and to complain to a supervisory authority.
